Turkey is one of my families favorite things to eat and is extremely economical if you use the entire thing.

In my next couple of blog posts I will share with you how I get the most for my money with this bird as well as some of the recipes I use. (Believe me, when your family enjoys eating turkey as much as mine does it’s always a feat to come up with new ways to use it)
